We are a vibrant and close-knit community of Ugandans residing in the beautiful country of Malaysia. Our union serves as a home away from home, fostering unity and camaraderie among our fellow countrymen and women.
Through cultural exchange, social events, and support networks, we strive to create a strong sense of belonging and provide a helping hand to one another.

who we are
A diaspora community of Ugandans living in Malaysia composed of corporate workers, students, travelers, and well-wishers united with a common goal of uplifting each other.
The Union of Ugandans in Malaysia was founded in 2020 for promoting goodwill, harmony, unity, and cooperation among Ugandans in Malaysia. This organization promotes fellowship, celebrates diversity and togetherness.

We promote and encourage business relationships, social interactions, philanthropic activities, and address needs peculiar to members.
We strive to bring all Ugandans together as a community and provide a platform where we promote unity, promote our culture, provide information on business opportunities, study in Malaysia, economic activities, working in Malaysia, and discuss any issue that binds us together
We develop through research, discussion, and exchange of information a better understanding of problems facing members.
